The structural components of the desulfurization pump primarily include the pump head section, the shaft seal section, and the transmission section.
The pump head assembly is one of the core components of the desulfurization pump, comprising key parts such as the front and rear pump casings, volute, front and rear guard plates, and the impeller. These components work together seamlessly to ensure the pump operates efficiently and reliably.
Shaft seal section: Designed to prevent fluid leakage from the gap between the pump shaft and the pump casing. Common types of shaft seals include auxiliary impeller seals, packing seals, and mechanical seals, among others.
The transmission section includes components such as the bracket and bearing assembly, which collectively support and drive the pump shaft to rotate. The bracket is responsible for supporting the pump body, ensuring stable and reliable operation during runtime, while the bearing assembly—comprising the pump shaft, bearings, and bearing housing—effectively handles the pump’s maximum axial and radial loads.
