Overview
The ZJ-type slurry pump is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump with axial suction. The pump features a robust double-layered metal structure—both internally and externally—and boasts a vertically split-casing design. Its discharge port can be rotated in eight distinct positions, each spaced 45° apart, ensuring efficient energy transfer between the solid and liquid phases within the pump. This design also significantly reduces erosion on critical flow components, resulting in superior wear resistance compared to conventional slurry pumps. In addition to these advanced features, the ZJ pump offers exceptional efficiency, energy savings, extended service life, excellent cavitation performance, a well-balanced and compact design, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. As a result, it is widely used across industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coal mining, and building materials—particularly for conveying materials like tailings, concentrate sand, fly ash, coal slime, gravel, and other abrasive slurries.
